The Nunnemonster Rallysport team was in Bancroft, Ontario this past weekend to compete in
its first Canadian event, Rally of the Tall Pines. The team did not finish, but did so voluntarily,
withdrawing from the event with three stages remaining due
to severely cracked rotors after a deep unseen watersplash – considering we were not running for a championship position and were really
‘feeling out’ a new car at a new event withdrawing was the safe, smart choice.
The brand-new RKT Motors open-class Mitsubishi EVO 8.5 MR was absolutely flawless – kudos
and a big thanks to RKT for supplying such an immaculately prepared vehicle with no issues. This is
almost unheard of with a brand-new rally vehicle, and speaks volumes to the team’s attention to detail.

Hello all so we are now in 2012 which means RKT Motors has been around for 14 years in one way or another. This year will hopefully be a good one. We have sold our blue evo 8.5 rental car, it is now going to a happy new home in Canada where hopefully it will be winning events. And we are building a brand new evo 10 in replacement. Hopefully this evo 10 will be joining into the RA rally season before or after 100 Acre Woods. We are making some changes for this year besides the new website format and new logo so stay tuned. RKT.
